Auto Pay & E-Billing
Visit NexBillPayOnline and log in with your username and password. If you don’t have an account yet, select Sign Up and register using the account number found in the upper right corner of any bill we’ve mailed you.
Open NexBillPayOnlineAfter signing in, locate Edit Profile in the navigation menu on the left side of the home screen. Click it to open your account profile settings.
Once inside Edit Profile, scroll down to the Bill Delivery Preferences section. Your current billing method is listed for each service address. Click Update Information to make changes.
Use the dropdown menus to choose a billing method for each service address — Email and Paper Statement, Email Statement Only, or Paper Statement Only. Use the Assign All checkboxes at the top to apply the same option to all locations at once. Click Save Changes when done.
Setting up AutoPay
AutoPay enrollment is managed through the Payments section of the customer portal. Once logged in, select Autopay Enrollment from the home screen to add or manage your automatic payment method. If you are currently on Bank Draft / EFT, please call us at (256) 495-2471 — Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM — and our staff will assist you.
