Understanding Your Bill

Billing is based on monthly usage, which is shown on your statement. Use the sample bills below to familiarize yourself with what your bill looks like — and what to expect if a balance becomes overdue.

Billing Cycle Dates

Bills are generated and mailed on a monthly cycle. Please review the schedule below so you know when to expect your bill, when payment is due, and when late fees or disconnection may apply.

📄 Bill Date Varies based on your account Your statement is generated and sent each month. The exact date may vary depending on your service and when you signed up. Contact your utility provider for more information.

⚠️ Late Fee Applied Business Day after 4th of each month A late fee of 10% will be applied to any previous unpaid balance on the business day after the 4th of the month.
