Water Shut-Off at House
Know your shut-off location before you need itIn the event of a plumbing emergency or repair, it is important to know where your home’s water shut-off valve(s) are located. The main shut-off valve is found in your water meter, but it is recommended to have a second shut off valve near your home, where your water lines tie into the home.

Got A Leak?
Report leaks as soon as possibleIf you notice a leak on your property, a running meter when all water is off, or a wet spot in your yard that may indicate a line break, please contact us right away. Catching leaks early protects your property and helps conserve water for the entire community.

Tap Fee & Deposit
New service connection informationA tap fee is required for all new water service connections to our system. This one-time fee covers the cost of connecting your property to the water main. A refundable deposit is also required at the time of new service activation.
